What you are buying

Pardalux playbooks are digital products delivered as PDF downloads. When you purchase a playbook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it within your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the playbook or its contents, in whole or in part, without written permission from Pardalux LLC.

14-day money-back guarantee

Every playbook purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee:

• Timeframe. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
• How to request. Email [email protected] with your order confirmation. No lengthy explanation required.
• Processing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Access. Refunded orders have their download access revoked.
• Limit. One refund per customer per product. Refund requests that show a pattern of abuse may be declined.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Founding edition pricing ($97 for the first 200 buyers per playbook) is available until those copies sell out, after which the regular price ($147) applies. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. Pardalux LLC does not store your payment card details.

Results disclaimer

Our playbooks teach lead generation systems used by trade contractors. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business results. Your results depend on your market, effort, and execution. The strategies are educational in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice.

Our charitable commitment

Pardalux LLC donates 5% of net revenue to charitable causes. For this commitment, "net revenue" means gross product sales minus payment processing fees and refunds, calculated annually. Recipient organizations are selected at our discretion, with community suggestions welcome through our website.

All website content, playbooks, branding, and materials are the property of Pardalux LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Pardalux name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
