- Respond to your messages and charity submissions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as required by law or to operate our website. Our service providers include:
- Google Analytics 4 for website analytics (data may be processed on Google servers).
- Google Apps Script for processing form submissions (contact, waitlist, charity, and email capture forms).
- Our payment processor (when checkout launches) for secure payment handling. We do not store payment card details.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Email addresses from our forms are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact form messages are retained for up to 2 years. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months).

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of. To exercise your rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
